Heads up: the $39 Insight is a controls-level read (zone, overlays, lot constraints, permit triggers). It doesn't assess architectural plans. If you have a design drawn and want it checked against Clause 54/55/58, upgrade to a Detailed Planning Assessment ($399) where plans are the centrepiece.
