Certificate of Title — official copy of the current title showing owners, encumbrances and caveats. The plan diagram is generally embedded in the SA title document, so most orders need only this.
Copy of the filed plan showing allotment boundaries, dimensions, easements and common property. Only needed when the SA title document doesn't already include the plan (rare — typically older Strata / Community plans or some Crown Land titles).
Current Title Search plus the filed plan as a separate document — for those edge cases where the SA title doesn't already embed the plan.
Current Title Search (plan generally included) + every relevant dealing (encumbrances, covenants, Land Management Agreements, easements). We identify the dealings on the title and contact you with pricing before we proceed.
